Testing: Small Batch has a zero-tolerance policy for harmful pathogens in their products so, after production, they employ a test/hold protocol and test every batch they make. They take multiple samples from each batch throughout various phases of production to send off for testing. Once those tests come back clear of pathogens, they are then released to distributors to be sold.
