Oh the Confit Pot!

Centuries ago, French confit pots were a kitchen essential, used to preserve rich foods the old-world way. This antique pot features the classic yellow half-glazed top paired with a raw, unglazed neutral base, meant to be buried in the ground to keep contents cool. Today, its beautiful patina and timeless silhouette make it just as essential, whether styled on a kitchen counter, open shelving, or a dining table.

We hand selected this one for its deep mustard glaze and beautiful wear and texture on the unglazed bottom.
