Calle 23 tequila is made from Highland agave grown in Los Altos de Jalisco, the plants average seven years of age. They’re slow-cooked in stainless steel autoclaves, fermented over 72 hours, and double-distilled in stainless pot stills with copper elements. Process water comes from the distillery’s own well.
