The L-com CAU3AEXT-MF-5M is a USB A 3.0 extension cable is designed to extend USB 3.0 signals up to 5 meters using a single connector. It features gold-plated contacts that provide superior conductivity for low and high-speed devices. With data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps and 5 Volt/2 Amp charging capabilities, CAU3AEXT-MF-5M has everything you need to stay connected and productive on the go.

The premium double-shielded cable protects the USB signal from external noise, and the daisy chain feature allows you to connect up to 5 cables for extended distance applications. This extension cable has a USB 3.0 A male to USB 3.0 A female connector configuration. Our USB 3.0 extension cable is suitable for a variety of applications, including security and surveillance, point of sale, industrial control, remote desktop, and enterprise computing.

This bus-powered cable from L-com is used for increasing the length of a USB device without worrying about signal loss and potential performance problems. Our USB A 3.0 extension cable has a signal booster built-in, and the cable allows for an extension of the overall cable length up to 80 feet through the daisy chaining of up to 5 of these active cables. The cable must be plugged directly into a USB port (either on the PC or a hub).
