Soak 25 gm Methi Chutney in 125 ml water for 5-10 minutes. You can also adjust the quantity as per your requirement. Add little oil in pan heat it and add soaked mixture in it. Simmer it in 5-10 minutes and it is ready to serve with Aloo sabzi, Bedmi puri, Kachori, Pakodas and more.

Add 2-3 spoons of Methi Chutney in Aloo Sabzi before boiling and enjoy special taste when ready .
