The SL8904 is a powerful, handheld UV LED lamp built for non-destructive testing (NDT), including magnetic particle inspection (MPI) and fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI). Featuring 4 x 5W Nichia 365nm LEDs, the SL8904 delivers up to 21 000 uWcm2 UV intensity at 38 cm and is available in three versions to meet diverse inspection needs — including an aerospace-certified model compliant with ASTM E3022 and RRES 90061.

Dual switches allow separate control of UV and white light, offering flexibility in inspection workflows. The compact, ergonomic design helps reduce operator fatigue during extended use, while the broad coverage area (up to 260 mm) makes it ideal for inspecting large surfaces efficiently.
