The Oaniso SPF 1000VDC-DC fuses are cylindrical, ceramic cartridge-type fuses measuring 10 x 38 mm. They are rated for use in direct current (DC) installations up to 1000V, which is a common voltage for modern solar power systems. The ceramic body gives the fuse a high-breaking capacity, meaning it can safely interrupt very large overcurrents.

• These fuses are not standard electrical fuses. They are designed for the unique low-fault current conditions of solar panels, where the current generated during a short-circuit may not be significantly higher than the normal operating current.
• The design allows for safe interruption of circuits even under low fault current conditions, starting at 1.35 times the fuse's rated current value.
