Those enigmatic instrumentalists from the NSW coast, Blue Divers, return this season not only with a new album, but with a re-mastered, expanded edition of their hard to find debut, originally released in 2020 as the first in the Bedroom Suck Records ‘Private Eyes’ series. This edition features three unreleased tracks, including a reprise of the original single ‘Dogs’ featuring Becky Sui Zhen on lead vocal, and has been remastered for vinyl and digital release by Joseph Buchan, a.k.a Melbourne composer and instrumentalist Other Joe. The limited vinyl release also features new artwork and behind-the-scenes photographs taken by Blue Divers in 2020.

A perfect blend of the mid-2010s Australian underground avant-garde (think releases on the Black Petal label, and the gentler moments of the Breakdance The Dawn catalogue), with the minimal melodies of the early 1980s new age movement.
