Player autographs featured are Earl Caldwell, Jack Burns, Joe Mulligan, Bob Elliott, John Pezzullo, Mayo Smith, Bill Schuster, Tom Heath, John Berly, Carl Fischer, Johnny Heving, Mel Mazzera, and Ted Petoskey
Several players went on to Major League careers, and Mayo Smith would go on to Manage the Detroit Tigers to a World Series Championship in 1968
Lazzeri played 14 years in the Majors, 12 for the New York Yankees, one for the Chicago Cubs, and one split between the Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Giants
Lazzeri retired during the 1939 season and became Maple Leafs manager for the rest of that season, as well as the 1940 season
After leaving the Maple Leafs, Lazzeri played for and managed several Minor League clubs before passing away from a heart attack in 1946, and being inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991
The Maple Leafs were then an unaffiliated Double-A club playing in the International League, and the following season became the Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Athletics
Great condition; no visible creasing, no rips or tears and autographs present very well with no smudging or bleeding. Some light soiling on one card but autographs are untouched
