The movement features a gilt finish with engraved balance cock, jewelled bearings, and Safety Barrel marked plate. The enamel dial is signed Waltham with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock. There is a faint hairline crack visible to the dial.

The movement does not wind, likely due to a mainspring fault. The balance appears to be in good condition visually.
