Inspired by the textures of fossil snaggletooth shark teeth, i created this armor for my own Wasteland Weekend costume. It was sculpted in wax clay and cast with a very durable semi-rigid urethane.

This is for one piece of shoulder armor.

 These can be painted with acrylic paint and sealed. I recommend a light sanding and a good scrub with dish soap to remove any mold release before priming to paint. These can also be drilled into, sanded, abused. These will require some edge trimming, easily done with scissors or dremel. Thicker parts can be shaved down with a sanding drum. Some patching of air bubbles will be needed too!

 This piece is 8.5" wide. It was sculpted to fit over a child sized football shoulder pad but could be used by itself or backed with a homemade pad. It also makes for an interesting crotch armor piece but i didn't tell you that....
