Quirky 90s "Art to Wear" blouse by Zoe California. I love finding this brand with it's artsy mid 90's vibe and pieces that Phoebe from Friends would wear, very boho! The fabric is a floral flowy rayon crepe, larger flowers on the body and a tiny ditsy flower print on the neck ruffle. Deep V bodice buttons down the front with faux faceted crystal buttons, so pretty! Relaxed shape, underarms are roomy with a quite long sleeve, you may need to cuff them back. Shoulders are dropped with no shoulder pads. This shirt will fit a variety of sizes, from Small (oversized) to XL and perhaps beyond, please check the measurements below. Romantic cottagecore blouse would look fab with high waist pants or if you really want to do 90s; it's a fab lightweight piece to thow over a slip dress!
