You know how it is: someone makes you a fantastic offer of beans, but you can't offer anything in return. You may be able to convince your trading partner to do business with you if you offer them a favor later in the game, but remember – a promise is a promise and a reward is what comes with it.

In this Boona Nostra expansion you not only trade with beans and bean dollars, but also with favors.

Each player chooses a character card and the corresponding six favor cards. The favor allows players to improve their offers in the trading phase. The player who receives the promise places the favor in front of him. Each player has a maximum of three favors available at the same time, which he can give to his fellow players while trading.

The favors can be exchanged at different stages of the game and the player who promised the favor cannot resist at that point.

This expansion can be played with three to seven players and is only playable in combination with the basic game Boonanza.
