Story behind the product ~ This striking Bamileke Feather Headdress ( also known as JuJu Hat ) is handmade and traditionally worn by royal dancers during ceremonies held by the chief. Symbolising prosperity, they are rare objects of beauty believed to possess the positive qualities of birds. The feathers are hand stitched onto a woven raffia basket. It folds into itself for easy transportation. These art pieces look amazing as a wall feature, cluster together in a group or have one as a stand alone piece !
