Recommended daily intake:  Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product:

Adults:  45 drops (2 x 2.25 ml) 2 times a day 30 minutes before a meal with water.

The maximum daily dose is 4.5 ml (90 drops) for an adult.
