Symptoms of Failure: Beverages served warm during high-volume surges, 'flat' tasting drinks despite full CO2 tanks, or excessive foaming at the dispensing nozzles caused by temperature-induced CO2 breakout.
Technician’s Note: Level the unit during installation to ensure the cold plate and carbonator manifold are fully submerged in ice-melt water for optimal chilling performance. Verify the bin drain is not restricted to ensure a constant water level for the cold plate.
