The AMPTO 90CPG90 PLUS gas pasta cooker is built for commercial kitchen equipment needs, supporting efficient workflows with dual tanks and multiple basket configurations. It features a piezoelectric pilot igniter with manual backup, an open space basin for easier cleaning, and front access for serviceability. Each tank accommodates multiple pasta basket configurations, with (6) 1/6 baskets per tank included. This unit ships with an LP conversion kit and is Made in Italy.
