Extremely versatile locator for cylindrical workpieces. Locating surfaces are precision ground and accurately qualified in relation to the mounting holes.

Application Information

To locate a workpiece from two different diameters simultaneously, use Height Shims and/or Multipurpose Riser Blocks to raise one V block to the proper level.

In this example, Support Cylinders are used as end stops for shafts located in Horizontal V Blocks.

Mounting

Fasten the small size with two Locating Bushings and two Socket-head Cap Screws. Fasten the large size with two Locating Bushings and four Socket-Head Cap Screws.
