Culinary Varietals: 

• Provence: The most bold of all our varietals. Extremely fragrant giving you that traditional lavender scent and taste. Use sparingly! (Lavandula x intermedia)
• Folgate: Our go to when we make lavender lemonade. It is mild in flavor with amazing medicinal properties. It is far more forgiving to work with than a pungent varietal. (Lavandula Angustifolia)
• Melissa: Our sweet Melissa. A farm favorite. She packs a robust flavor that will still leave you thinking lavender when you taste it but with a far "herbier" taste than her siblings.

Mindful Harvest & Processing:

It takes 35 bundles of dried lavender to create ONE POUND of buds. Our buds are a product that not only require a lot of plant matter but a lot of labor and special machinery.

After the bundles are hung to dry and are ready we process them in a unique machine that strips, sifts and vacuums the lavender buds to give you buds with very little dust.
