80s secretary dress made of great quality rayon done in navy blue & beige floral print. Layered look with attached white sleeves and bib. Surplice bodice partially wraps in front with 2 button closure at waist & hidden snaps closing the bib panel. Slightly dropped waist (elasticized in back). Side pockets. Sharp shoulder pads. 3/4 sleeves with vertical pleat & button trim. A-line skirt with flat pleats in front. Label info: R. J. Stevens Petites by Carol Escritor / Dress 100% rayon. Bib & sleeves 60% acetate, 40% rayon / Dry clean only.

CONDITION:
Very good condition. Very very faint yellowing at the edge of the bib - goes unnoticed - see last pic for closeup.
