Yes. Drain the existing coolant completely and flush the system with distilled water to remove debris, then refill with fresh Nissan-approved coolant. Old coolant can contain particles that reduce heat transfer efficiency.

Will this radiator work with my current coolant hoses?

Factory hose connections are identical to OEM — existing hoses should refit without modification. If hoses show cracks or hardening, replace them during this service.
