Great, brightly colored vintage 1980s Pussy Bow Secretary Blouse from Rhoda Lee. Button up, puff sleeves, and a tie on either side of the neck that can be tied into a Pussy Bow or however you like. Single button cuffs. Buttons are purple. The fabric and size tag have faded, but it feels like it could be polyester. The material is lightweight. Bright blue with a multi-color paisley print. Excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, I believe this would best fit a size Large or Extra Large; please compare the measurements to a shirt that fits you well in order to ensure proper fit.
