Do I need to flush the cooling system before installing this radiator?

Yes. Drain the old coolant completely and flush the system to remove sediment and rust. Install fresh coolant meeting Ford's specification after the new radiator is seated.

Will this radiator work with my current hoses and clamps?

Factory hoses and clamps are reusable if they're in good condition. Inspect them for cracks or hardening before reinstall—if there's any doubt, replace them at the same time. New hoses are cheap insurance against leaks.

What if the radiator leaks within the first month?
