Tasting Notes: On the nose, caramel coated mint candy leads with orange infuse toffee bar, as oak flavors support with baking spice. On the palate, oak flavors join dill and mint up front, as caramel candy and vanilla support, with red berry lingering. The finish is herbal and rich, with mint and dill flavors lingering alongside dried orange segments, as other sweeter flavors fade. A rye lovers rye displaying herbal flavors and citrus up front as sweeter elements support. Classic 95/5.

About: We find ourselves visiting rick houses on a regular basis and are like kids in a candy shop wondering what this barrel and that barrel tastes like.  Resilient is a vehicle which allows us to bottle up this barrel and that barrel and then share with our friends.  Our passion and love for whisky continues to grow and evolve as we meander down the whisky trail.

Resilient is a culmination of our education earned while traveling to distilleries over the past 26 years. We are applying everything we have learned about selecting single barrels, blending and finishing, while consulting with our mentors and peers, creating Bourbons that are both interesting and exciting. We really enjoy finding these barrels, bottling them up and making them available to our friends and family of whisky enthusiasts.
